Partner to Succeed, our Truro-based Business Collaboration Networks programme, is a division of YTKO, a specialist in helping businesses to start-up, to grow, and to identify and exploit opportunities.

What we do:

At no initial cost to your business, whether a micro-enterprise or a multinational, we work to help you find another organisation, either within Cornwall or anywhere outside of the county, that fits with what you do, or what you're planning to do.

Acting as your third partner, we will help you to: form successful business collaborations; identify gaps which may assist in a potential joint venture; and give you access to our team of market analysis experts with a view to pursuing market opportunities which you may not be able to do on your own. This ultimately helps you to attract new custom and step up those important sales revenues. In turn, this stimulates and accelerates the local economy through joint working and professional support services.

Working closely with www.businesslink.gov.uk, existing business networks, and sector-specific organisations, our objectives are to achieve sustainable, successful and tangible projects for all Cornish companies.

What we can't do:

We are not a traditional business network and do not aspire to be. But we do work closely with existing business support agencies and networks in Cornwall to reach as wide an audience as possible. We run introductory events, workshops and seminars, to create an awareness of our project, of the potential for collaboration and how to identify opportunities.
